Service Guarantee:

While Tradies-SOS strives to provide accurate and reliable service, it does not guarantee the successful completion of any job. All agreements and arrangements are solely between the client and the tradesperson.Liability: Tradies-SOS is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the work performed by the tradesperson. Clients are advised to verify the credentials and insurance of the tradesperson before hiring.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Clients must notify Tradies-SOS of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are subject to the tradesperson's cancellation policy and discretion.

Privacy:

Tradies-SOS respects the privacy of its clients and tradespeople. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Contact Information:

In the event that Tradies-SOS has provided invalid contact details, a refund will be issued to the client.

Contractor Engagement:

I hereby authorize the engagement of any contractor selected by myself to perform services as requested by myself. The Contractor shall be responsible for completing the services outlined by myself.

Acknowledgment of Contractor Selection:

I acknowledge that I have selected the Contractor to perform the services and that the Contractor's identity may be unknown to myself prior to engagement.

Agreement to Direct Communication:

I agree to allow the Contractor to contact me directly for the purpose of arranging and performing the services described in this Agreement.

Client Responsibility for Issues:

In the event of any concerns or issues arising from the services provided by the Contractor I agree to promptly notify the Contractor and seek resolution directly from the Contractor.

Liability:

Tradies-SOS is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the work performed by the tradesperson. Clients are advised to verify the credentials and insurance of the tradesperson before hiring.

Limitation of Liability:

I understand and agree that except as otherwise provided by law the Contractor shall not be liable for any damages losses or claims arising out of or related to the services provided under this Agreement including but not limited to negligence or breach of contract.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Contractor from any claims damages losses liabilities or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to any issues with the services provided by the Contractor.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings whether written or oral.
